FALMOUTH FIRE CHIEF TIMOTHY SMITH
Fire Chief Tim Smith joined the Falmouth Fire Department in 1987.
He served years as a Paramedic and move up through the ranks serving as
a Lieutenant, Captain, then Deputy in 2014, and Chief since 2020.
His 38 years of service concluded with a Last Day send off on
Friday January 23, 2026.

Of note, Fire Prevention Officer Boyd DeMello started the same day in 1987
and also retired after 38 years on the same day January 23, 2026.
